Abstract

201,378. Day, W. H. July 8, 1922. Candles.-Wick-centering frames 1, 2 are fitted with slidable plates 8 each having holes 9, 10 connected by a slot 11, so that a long candle, partially ejected from its mould and through the registering hole 9, may be arranged in the frame by hand and then supported by pushing in the plate until the wick passes centrally through the hole 11. The frame may be strengthened by one or more intermediate plates 4.
