[Class 102 (i)] A device for adjusting an injection pump K having a sleeve A with a slotted extension A<SP>1</SP> engaged by a crossbar J<SP>1</SP> of the plunger J, which is rotatable in known manner to control output, wherein a regulating member B, which is actuated, e.g., by a lever or a rack, to rotate the plunger, is adjustably connected to the sleeve A by a Vernier coupling ring E. This may have graduations or slots, S<SP>1</SP>, S<SP>2</SP>, one slot S<SP>1</SP> being engaged by a projection C of the member B and one slot S<SP>2</SP> by a projection F of the sleeve A. The member B is pressed down by a spring G to prevent disengagement of the projections until this is desired.
