Abstract

522,087. Powdered-fuel engines. BANNOVERSCHE MASCHINENBAU AKT.-GES. VORM. EGESTORFF, G. HANOMAG. April 5, 1939, No. 10605. Convention date, June 1, 1938. [Class 7(ii)] A fuel-air mixture from a chamber D is withdrawn by air passing to the engine through a conduit A and is supplied with additional air delivered through a controlled passage to the mixing chamber I and also through a controlled passage O to a fuel container E. The passages I, O are controlled by throttle valves H, G which may be operated conjointly. The engine throttle valve F may be coupled to the other throttle valves.
