Abstract
513,511. Heat-exchanger tubes. STEVENS, A. H. (Winchester Repeating Arms Co.). April 8, 1938, No. 5337/39. Divided out of 513,342, [Group XXII]. [Class 64 (iii)] A thin-walled, seamless, heat-exchanger tube of hexagonal section is formed from oxygenfree copper with a body portion provided with one or more bulges and enlarged end portions all the portions being of uniform metallic structure free from included matter. The wall thickness is preferably about 0.005 of an inch. The tubes are made by the process described in Specification 513,342, [Group XXII].
