Abstract
503,462. Two-part couplings, VERELNIGTE GLUHLAMPEN UND ELEKTRIZITATS AKT.-GES. July 18, 1938, No. 21248. Convention date, July 16, 1937. [Class 38 (i)] A lamp-cap comprises a metal sleeve 1 containing an insulating insert 2 having a tubular extension 9, extending inwardly and preferably enclosing one of the lead-in wires the other of which 4 incorporates a fuse 5. In the screw shell type of cap the extension 9 is central and the fused lead-in wire 4 is soldered to the edge of the shell.
