[Class 38 (ii)] In a polyphase rectifier arrangement in which three or more anodes 20 are supplied from each phase winding 18 of the supply transformer 15, means 21 are provided to ensure parallel operation comprising a core 22 having windings 26-31 and each anode circuit including two windings (e.g. 27, 28) mounted on separate core legs, the windings on each leg being arranged to produce opposing fluxes.
