[Class 86] [Also in Group I Apparatus for feeding liquid disinfectant into a flushing cistern C consists of a container a with an outlet e extending through the cistern wall and provided with float-controlled valve which closes the outlet in its two extreme positions. The valve consists of a piston g<2> with a stem g<1> carrying a seating j and a float i, a second seating h being provided in a cap f. Holes l are provided in the piston to eliminate pumping action. The container may have a sight opening. According to the Provisional Specification the container may be made of transparent material.
