[Class 20 (iii)] A fluid-tight sealing device for windows and doors comprises a metal channel strip attached to the sill or frame and holding a resilient strip 14 of rubber or like material in a dovetail groove on one or both sides. The strip may be hollow for housing electric wires or the like, and the channel may have a step formed on its upper surface parallel to its edges.
