[Class 64 (iii)] A heat-exchanger comprises a bank of finned-tubes formed with fiat surfaces a, b and arranged with their major axes in the line of flow of the iluid passing over the tubes. Fig. 2 shows a modified form of tube. The Specification as open to inspection under Sect. 91, comprises also a heat-exchanger having tubes of the forms shown in Fig. 4 (Cancelled). This subject-matter does not appear in the Specification as accepted.
