[Class 64 (iii)] Fins 3 are cast integrally with a heatexchange tube, adjacent fins being oppositely disposed. In a modification, the fins are cast on a compound tube 2, Fig. 3. The Specification as open to inspection under Sect. 91 comprises also tubes having either symmetrical fins, with the adjacent fins cast at an angle of 90‹ to one another, or unsymmetrical fins cast eccentrically on the tubes and with adjacent fins at an angle of 180‹ with one another. This subject-matter does not appear in the Specification as accepted.
