[Class 38 (ii)] A transformer for suppressing fifth harmonics in a circuit comprises a core divided into two parts a<1>, a<2>, one of which carries a star connected winding e<1>, e<2>, e<3> and the other a delta connected winding d<1>, d2, d', these windings being connected in parallel.
