[Class 100 (i)] In a sheet-folding machine employing a folding-blade 5 actuated by pneumatic devices controlled by the sheet to be folded, the control means is employed in conjunction with a sheet-feeding or folding table on which the sheets are placed or fed prior to folding. The sheet to be folded is fed to a front stop along a feed-table of ordinary construction comprising, for example, inclined rollers and a side guide, and in the registered position closes an opening 18 to atmosphere from an air-pump 10, as described in the parent Specification, so that suction is applied to a piston 14. Movement of the piston 14 causes a valve 12 to be opened and suction to be applied to a piston 7 whereby the folding-blade 5 is actuated.
