Abstract
467,062. Supply meters. LANDIS & GYR AKT.-GES. Oct. 1, 1936, No. 26661. Convention date, Oct. 12, 1935. [Class 37] The damping effect of the current magnet is compensated in respect of the load-error curve, by shunt plates 3, 4 secured to the pole faces of the U-shape current core 1 and spaced therefrom by non-magnetic washers 12, 13, the shunt path projecting laterally from the current core and including an air gap 5, in this lateral part. A further shunt plate 11 is secured to each of the plates 3, 4, with an intermediate plate 10 of brass. In a modification, two air gaps 5 are provided and two sets of plates 10, 11 employed.
