Abstract
397,392. Supply meters. WIESENGRUND, M., 59, Andrassy Utca, Budapest. Feb. 27, 1933, No. 5983. Convention date, Feb. 25, 1932. [Class 37.] In an induction motor meter having a threelimbed pressure magnet 10, Fig.. 1, and a two-limbed current magnet 22, an iron bridge 11 is formed with a central projection 15 serving as a return path for the pressure flux and with projections 14 serving as a magnetic shunt for the current magnet, the gap between the central projection 15 and the poles 21, 22 of the current magnet being greater than that between the projections 14 and the poles 21, 22. In I a modification, Fig. 5, the parts 19, 20 which serve as the magnetic shunt and closely embrace the current magnet poles are formed, as an extension of the central projection 17 so as to be situated outside the field of the pressure magnet. The return flux of the pressure magnet passes through the parts 17, 16, while the parts 19, 20 serve as the magnetic shunt of the current magnet. The pressure and current magnets and the iron bridge member are secured to a common frame of magnetic material.
