[Class 38 (iv)] Temperature. - In a range having liquid-filled heat accumulators 1, 6, Fig. 1, connected with hotplates 2, 7 and adjacent the heat accumulators, a directly heated oven 12, the oven and heat accumulator 1 being provided with thermostatic control a change - over switch 17, Fig. 2, is provided so that either the oven heaters or the accumulator heater 3 may be connected to the supply 15, 16. The oven thermostat 14 is connected so that when it operates it transfers the supply to the heat accumulator. The range is provided with a boiler tank 10. The Specification as open to inspection under Sect. 91 states that the switches 17, 18 may be replaced by a single multi-positioned switch. This subject-matter does not appear in the Specification as accepted.
