[Class 75 (i)] [See also Group XXVII] The cooling jacket of a compressor unit 3 supplying a combustible mixture from a carburetter 9 to a burner 12 on an internalcombustion engine is connected by pipes 2, 6 to the bottom and the upper part of the fuel tank 1 so that the fuel is circulated thermosyphonically. The fuel tank 1 is maintained full by a pump 13. The carburetter is connected to the pipe 6 by a pipe 7 fitted with a filter 8. The fuel may be heated before starting the compressor by an electrical resistance in the filter 8. The lower part of the compressor jacket is fitted with drain cocks.
