[Class 106 (iii)] A speed-indicating device visible from both the front and the rear of a vehicle comprises a pair of multicoloured translucent discs 3, 4 illuminated by a lamp 15 and adapted to be rotated by a governor device or by the speedometer spindle 11 so as to project beams of distinctive colours corresponding to a range of speeds through front and rear lenses 2 in a casing 1. Hoods 8 are provided. A white light is shown at very low speeds.
