[Class 22] [See also Group II] Slag is degasified by pouring it from a substantial height into a continuously rotating ladle. As shown, the ladle 4 is mounted on a car 5 and is rotated by a motor 6. The Specification as open to inspection under Section 91 comprises also processes for degasifying slag by pouring the slag into another ladle without rotation, by stirring the slag or by shaking it. This subject-matter does not appear in the Specification as accepted.
