[Class 41] In a cell for the electrolytic etching of zinc or other metals the electrolyte is withdrawn at E and forced by a rotary pump C into a chamber B from which it is delivered in jets ; the chamber B is adjustable so that the jets may be concentrated on the anode or cathode or between them as desired. The force of the jets may be controlled by a valve D.
