Abstract
435,780. Purifying exhaust. GRATCHEFF, A., 24, Rue des Nonnains-d'HyÞres, Paris. Aug. 21, 1934, No. 24154. [Class 7 (ii)] Air is fed, preferably by a pump, through a perforated pipe c extending along the exhaust manifold b ; the air is thus heated and oxidizes the impurities in the exhaust gas. Reference has been directed by the Comptroller to British Specifications 20050/09, 135,852, and 285,390, [all in Class 7 (ii)], and U.S.A. Specifications 1,855,165 and 1,897,746.
