Abstract

432,835. Photographic roll-film magazines. KODAK, Ltd., Kodak House, Kingsway, London. Feb. 2, 1934, No. 23951. Divided out of and addition to 432,805 under which a Specification was laid open to inspection under Sect. 91 of the Acts, Aug. 7, 1934. [Class 98 (i)] The two-part roll-film magazine described in the parent Specification is provided with a latch so arranged as to be automatically eased or released when the magazine is fully inserted in the loading mechanism. The latch comprises a member 17 movably mounted on one part of the casing provided with a hook 21 engaging a pin on the other and normally pressed downwards by a part 23 bearing against a pin 24, the lower part being provided with a projection 20 which engages a corresponding projection on one of the jaw members of the loading mechanism to release the latch when it is inserted therein. Projections 25, 26, are provided which engage corresponding recesses on the loading mechanism to ensure correct positioning of the magazine.
