[Class 61 (iii)] A head A with a hexagonal &c. nut-engaging recess A<1> is connected to the handle C by means of a block B having a hexagonal &c. part B<1> engaging a hexagonal &c. hole A<2> and retained in the head by a screw A<4> engaging an annular groove or grooves B', the handle C being pivoted on a cross pin B<3> and adapted to engage notches A<3> in the head. In confined spaces the handle is turned to vertical position and the device actuated by a tommy bar through hole C<2>.
