416,266. Vehicle wheels. SOC. POUR L'EXPLOITATION DE BREVETS DE ROUES AUTOMOBILES (SEBRA), 27, Avenue Mac-Mahon, Paris. Feb. 20, 1934, No. 5631. Convention date, April 6, 1933. [Class 144 (ii).] A detachable-rim 1 is secured against a seat 5 on the wheel by clamps 6 and segments 3 of double-tee section and shaped to engage a coned surface on the wheel. The latter is provided with a lip 11, and the bolts 9 with pins 10, to limit the inward displacement of the segments and bolts during manipulation of the rim. In the construction shown, the clamps 6 are formed with extensions 12 to space the outer rim 14 which is secured by clamps 15 and coned segments 17.
