Abstract

405,670. Radial - cylinder pumps. SMITH, R. J., 2, Heath Avenue, NEWTON, C. A., Park Lane House, both in Littleover, and ROE, R. C., Meadow House, Rochdale. July 11, 1932, No. 19540. [Class 101 (i).] The hydraulic transmission gear described in Specification 336,340, [Class 69 (ii), Hydraulic presses &c.], is provided with means for permitting interchange of liquid between the pockets and the spaces between the rollers and the eccentric, at the ends of the roller strokes, and the rollers are yieldably mounted. The pump pockets c, Fig. 1 are provided with recesses a, b and the motor valve ring has by-pass recesses h, Fig. 4, adapted to connect pairs of ports j, and is mounted by three or more cranks k. The rollers d, Fig. 6, are mounted on bushes p on a member o having a spring-loaded plunger n bearing against the main supporting member m.
