403,287. Sparking-plugs. BOSCH AKT.-GES., R., 4, Militõrstrasse, Stuttgart, Germany. May 15, 1933, No. 14018. Convention date, June 24, 1932. [Class 7 (iv).] The electrode is cemented in the insulator by a silicate cement the water content of which combines in setting with the solid ingredients. A mixture of water glass solution and hydrated silicic acid may be used, the latter being in the form of powdered naturally occurring hydrated flint (SiO2+nH2O) to which powdered silicon or silicon compounds may be added.
