Abstract
400,833. Filters. CLARE, A. J., Town Hall Buildings, Wells, Somerset. March 1, 1933, No. 6301. [Class 46.] In a milk filter of the type comprising a bowl-like or funnel-shaped body 1 with an open base and an inner annular ledge 4 to support removable reticulated members 5, 6 with intermediate filtering-material 8, said members are of perforated sheet metal or other rigid material and the upper member 6 is of shallow part-spherical form. The filtering material 8 may be of fine linen gauze or laminated cotton wool. The discs may be held in position by a split ring 9.
