259,768. Rossall, J. Oct. 21, 1925. Fitter having sheet filtering-materials : funnel filters.-A filter for milk &c. comprises two nesting cones b, d or the like of meshed material with interposed filter cloth, the three parts being extended at the base so that, when in position on a flange a<4> in a container a, an annular base b' is provided upon which impurities will collect. The structure is held in position on the flange a<4> in a recess a<3> by a split ring or other detachable fastening.
