[Class 83 (i).] Mould materials.-Moulds for casting easily oxidized metal, such as magnesium or its alloys, are made from sand mixed or sprayed with zinc chloride in solution. A saturated solution of zinc chloride in acetone, mixed with an equal volume of carbon tetrachloride, may be used.
