Abstract

A beer which conditions rapidly and keeps well is obtained by adding vitamines to the beer during the secondary fermentation. Yeast is ground in a colloid mill so that the yeast cells are destroyed or separated and this ground yeast or the sap separated therefrom is added to the beer.
