[Class 114.] The rudder a is located aft of a normal unsheathed rudder-post b and has a forward substantially semicircular shape with a radius equal to one-half the greatest thickness of the rudder and being thicker than the rudder post. Reference has been directed by the Comptroller to Specification 321,346, [Class 114, Ships &c., Propelling &c.].
