380,701. Hydraulic turbines. HUGUENIN, A. and SOC. D'EQUIPEMENT DES VOIES FERREES ET DES GRANDS RESEAUX ELECTRIQUES, 23, Rue Ballu, Paris. Feb. 2. 1932, No. 3147. Convention date, Feb. 6, 1931. [Class 110 (iii).] A distributer for hydraulic reversing turbines comprises a number of guide blades 1, 2, mounted in bearings 3 in a casing ring 4. A toothed wheel 6 on each blade spindle meshes with connecting gears 10 on each side to secure the simultaneous movement of all the blades from a central control means. To assemble the guide blades from the inside of ring 4, covers 5 are removed and gears 10 and their spindles 11 moved axially to the position 101, Fig. 2. Each spindle is then returned to the position 10 to secure meshing of the gears, and a flange 12 on the spindle fixed to the casing 4.
