379,938. Piston rings. POUNDER, C. C. and REBBECK, F. E., Queen's Island, Belfast. Dec. 10, 1931, No. 34235. [Class 122 (i).] In rings of the kind comprising a split primary ring A of L or T section carrying a secondary ring or rings B in the angle or angles between its sides, the secondary rings arc formed with radial projections E extending inwardly to engage slots D in the primary rings and prevent relative rotation. The rings may be of different materials and may be cast forged or rolled from bronze, iron or steel.
