378,327. Telemeter and view-finder for cameras. DEHN, F. B., 103, Kingsway, London.-(Zeiss Ikon Akt.-Ges., 72, Schandauerstrasse, Dresden, Germany.) Jan. 28, 1932, No. 2634. [Classes 97 (i) and 98 (i).] A double image telemeter is fitted with an independent viewfinder, the path of the rays through the view-finder being independent of, but crossing those through the telemeter. The telemeter comprises a fixed mirror 3, the base 14 of its carrier being adjustably mounted, and a semitransparent mirror 2 which is pivotally mounted and adjustable from a distance indicating knob 4 by means of a cam 13 and an arm 5. A direct vision view-finder 9, 10 is centrally mounted between apertured partitions 11, 12. The device may be secured to or built into the structure of the camera.
