374,832. Seats. MONRABA, H. M., 62, Paseo de San Juan, Barcelona, Spain. Dec. 12, 1930, No. 37553. Convention date, Dec. 12, 1929. Void [Published under Sect. 91 of the Acts]. [Class 52 (ii).] A vehicle seat is so constructed that it can be folded and slidably moved into a recess in the vehicle framework. Such a seat is shown in Figs. 1 and 3, comprising back and seat members mounted on links 2, the lower links being connected to a slidable frame 3 carrying runners 4 engaging guides 15. Tubular guides and runners may be provided. When grooves are formed in the vehicle floor for the passage of the frame 3, the latter may carry strips 10 to cover the grooves when the seat is folded into the recess.
