Abstract
A steel for use in the construction of superheaters or parts thereof contains 5-7 per cent of chromium, 0,5-0,9 per cent of aluminium, and such an amount of silicon that the total of silicon and aluminium is at least 1,2 per cent. The steel may also contain less than 0,2 per cent of carbon, less than 1 per cent of manganese, and less than 0,4 per cent of molybdenum.
