368,495. Radiators for heating buildings. CASTIAUX, R., 106, Cours Victor Hugo, Bordeaux, France. Feb. 16, 1931, No. 4873. Convention date, Feb. 17, 1930. [Class 64 (ii).] A radiator comprises a heating element consisting of thick metal sheets 1 having vertical corrugations 2 and welded together to form vertical channels 3 between upper and lower horizontal headers with inlet and outlet connections 4 for the heating fluid. An outer casing consists of thin sheets 5, the bottom of the corrugations of which are welded to the crests of the corrugations of sheets 1 thus forming vertical channels open at the top and bottom for the circulation of air.
