Abstract
368,005. Thermionic valves. TELEFUNKEN GES. FUR DRAHTLOSE TELE. GRAPHIE, 12, Hallesches Ufer, Berlin. Jan. 21, 1931, No. 2092. Convention date, Jan. 21, 1930. [Class 39 (i).] In making thermionic valves in which the control grid is close to the cathode and carried thereon by insulating material, insulating beads are threaded on the grid wire and this is wound on the cathode. The grid is only prevented from contacting with the cathode by the thickness of the beads and may be of 1-5 mm. internal diameter.
