360,287. Internally-fired hot water boilers. TÍREKY, A., 31, Atilla Utca, Budapest. Feb. 2, 1931, No. 3288. [Class 64 (i).] In a hot - water boiler comprising a water space between walls 2, 3 for supplying hot water for baths and other domestic purposes through connections 21, 22, 24, and another distinct space between walls 1, 3 connected by a pipe 10 to a space 9 surrounding the fire 4, and communicating through return and flow connections 11, 13 with a hot-water radiator system; the expansion pipe 12 of the heading system communicates with a cold-water cistern 14 common to both systems through a pipe 15 situated well below the water level in cistern 14 and sloping from the expansion pipe to the system. The space between walls 1, 3 may be short-circuited through connection 25. The heating gases normally rise through an annular space surrounding a flue 7 and containing a spiral baffle 5 and water tubes 8, but when the heating is to be reduced damper 6 is. opened allowing the gases to pass straight up flue 7. An annular tray 27 collects moisture condensed in the flues.
