359,712. Electric incandescent lamp bulbs. NAAMLOOZE VENNOOTSCHAP PHILIPS' GLOEILAMPENFABRIEKEN, 13D, Emmasingel, Eindhoven, Holland. Oct. 23, 1930, No. 31876. Convention date, Nov. 23, 1929. [Class 39 (ii).] In gas-filled lamps provided with a concentrated incandescent body which is closely surrounded by the wall of the bulb the part 9 of the wall adjacent to the filament 1 is made of transparent highly refractory material such as quartz sealed to the upper portion 8, which may consist of glass or chrome iron or other metal adapted to be secured by a glass seal. A graduated seal 10 may be provided between the portions 8, 9 of the lamp bulb. The bulb may be partly or wholly of conical shape, with the filament adjacent to the apex.
