Abstract
346,537. Electric incandescent lamps. NAAMLOOZE VENNOOTSCHAP PHILIPS' GLOEILAMPENFABRIEKEN, 13A, Emmasingel, Eindhoven, Holland. March 5, 1930, No. 7253. Convention date, March 23, 1929. [Class 39 (ii).] An incandescent lamp 10 or discharge tube comprises a single electrode - supporting stem 11 having at least two concentric tubular bodies 12, 15 which are provided with flared edges 13,16, located one below the other and adapted to be sealed simultaneously to the bulb. A glass rod 14 supports filaments 17, 18 and connects together the tubes 12, 15.
Improvements in means for producing light comprising in combination an electric discharge lamp and an electric incandescent lamp whose filament is in series with the discharge path
Improvements in sources of light comprising in combination a high-pressure metal-vapour electric discharge device and an electric incandescent filament
