[Class 86.] A device for mixing coke oven gas with blast furnace gas passing along a pipe 7 comprises an annular header 55, as shown in the Figure, surrounding the pipe 7 and connected to the coke oven gas pipe 23 and to the interior of the pipe 7 by radially-extending pipes 56, 57 of different lengths so as to produce a uniform mixture. Reference has been directed by the Comptroller to Specification 256,523, [Class 51 (i), Furnaces and kilns, Combustion apparatus of].
