[Class 31 (i).] Guillotine machines.-In a machine for wrapping block-shaped articles or batches of cigarettes in foil &c. a web 1 of wrapping material is fed by rollers 2 between guides 3 and over a bridge plate 4. A wrapper is cut from the web by knives 10, 12 mounted on an oscillating arm and adapted to move in the direction of travel of the web during the cutting.
