Addition to 316,181, [Class 23, Centrifugal machines &c.]. [Class 23.] Density separators.-In a liquid separator of the type described in the parent Specification, the discharge outlets for the heavy and light components are arranged at opposite ends of the bowl. A cone 13 is attached at the upper end of the bowl wall so that the light component after separation in the bowl passes inwardly over the outer surface of the cone, through the annular opening 15 and outwardly over the inner surface of the cone. The heavy component is discharged through openings 20 and chamber 21 over the edge of an exchangeable regulating disc 22.
