Prisms, rotating.-An intermittently rotatable advertising prism has display faces 4, 5, 6 illuminated in turn from the rear by an external lamp 12 light from which, with the aid of reflectors 13, 14, reaches the display faces directly through longitudinal peripheral apertures 7, 8, 9 in the prism. Light from the lamp 12 is thus available for illuminating external objects, and may be reflected thereon by a mirror 15. Two prisms may be illuminated by a single lamp, which may also illuminate external objects or have all its light reserved for prisms. The displays may be built up of exchangeable panels, and are viewed through windows 11 in a casing 10. More than one face of the prisms may be illuminated and visible at a time.
