332,721. Marchant, S. B. July 3, 1929. Tyre attachments to rims.-The mating flanges 9, 10 of the parts 6, 5 of a divisible rim are fitted with interengaging taper lugs 13 and slots 13a, respectively, to form a bayonet-joint connection, holes 15 to receive locking set-screws 15<a>, holes 14 to receive bolts for attaching the complete rim to a wheel, and overlapping slots 19, 20 to receive a prizing tool for separating the rim parts.
