Cable and wire couplings. -A conductor 19 is secured to a conductor 18, such as a line wire, by a metal strip 11 bent to S-shape with extended ends 12, 13 and a bolt 4 passing through holes in the centre and each end of the strip. The end portions 12, 13 may be plain for use with an ordinarv bolt and washer or may be formed with transverse ribs 14, 15 that enter grooves 24, 27 in washers 20, 21.
