Roller apparatus.- A dough-working machine comprises a rotary horizontal table mounted on a vertical, driven spindle, and a pair of diametrically opposite vertically adjustable, conical radial rollers. The table A is carried and rotated by a spindle B mounted in cross pieces M, N between two pillars K in which are telescopic shafts Z. The shafts Z and spindle B are driven by bevel gear from a shaft G, and the rollers R are mounted on shafts 0 driven from the shafts Z and carried in tubular members W. The latter are vertically adjustable by means of hand-wheels T. The table may be faced with wood fixed thereto the facings being covered with removable segmental pieces, also of wood. A tray hinged across the middle, may be provided below the table.
