Abstract
314,519. Junkers, H. June 30, 1928 [Convention date]. Rotary-tube fans and pumps.-The impeller of a centrifugal pump or compressor is made in one piece; radial holes of square cross section are machined in a disc of the requisite size, sectorlike spaces are machined out from the face of the disc, and then the parts 10 between the radial passages are removed. This leaves a rear wall 2 from which extends each wall 8 of the radial passages, the side walls 5, 7 of which form forked continuations of the blades 3 left between the sector-like admission spaces.
