Curtains, suspending.- A curtain runner consists of a U-shaped frame b provided at its lower end with a pair of apertured lugs b<1> to pivotally receive a pair of spring jaws e' between the serrated and upturned lower ends e<1> of which the curtain is gripped. A roller a is arranged, between the upper ends of the frame b, on a spindle a<1> one end of which engages a keyhole slot c in the frame so that it may be disconnected when the runner is placed on the curtain rod. The roller a is pressed from a metal tube or two metal discs.
