300,009. Laurie, P. D. Nov. 9, 1927. Couplings for tractors. -A draw-bar 1 guided by a bracket 2 fixed to the trailer is formed with a ball 3 adapted to engage in a socket 4 fixed to the tractor. Pull is resisted by a spring 5 which bears against a cross-head 7 carried by the bar. The socket 4 is free to move between vertical guides and bears upon springs 15.
